Head of International Operations and UK Region

Esteban has more than 20 years of experience working as in-house counsel in multinational companies, in roles of increasing responsibility. 

For 15 years Esteban worked at the global head office of pharmaceutical company GSK, with roles in areas including manufacturing and supply, procurement, corporate, global health and product commercialization. 

Among other roles, Esteban was Head of Legal of a region comprising more than 100 countries, with overall responsibility for all legal matters in the region.

Esteban holds a Law degree in Universidad San Pablo CEU. Diploma in EU Law at Sorbonne University, Paris. Master's Degree in EU law and Institutions at College of Europe, Bruges.

Esteban is an expert lawyer in international operations, commercial contracts (manufacturing and supply, distribution, licensing, co-development, promotion, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and competition law.

Languages: Spanish, French and English.
