Pablo is co-founding partner of the firm and leads the team in charge of advising and providing support in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, International Contracts, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition and Industrial Property.

He holds a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid.

He has more than 20 years' experience in advising companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare sectors, having held the positions of Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors in Spain and Portugal of various multinational companies in the pharmaceutical sector such as SmithKline Beecham, Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Alter Group.

He is an expert in commercial and civil contracts, corporate law, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, competition law and intellectual property.

Pablo stands out for his technical capacity, leadership and commercial and strategic vision in legal advice and support from a practical, committed, direct and sincere perspective, providing agile, clear and efficient solutions at all times in all the projects he leads.
