Ramón Cuellas de Frutos

Head of Labour Area

Ramón is a partner of the firm and leads the team in charge of advising and providing legal support in the area of labour law.

He holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Human Resources.

He is also a representative of Farmaindustria in the Chemical Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement and Mediator of the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service.

He has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and health sector, having been Legal and Human Resources Director in several multinational companies in the pharmaceutical sector, such as Wyeth and Pfizer. He also has valuable experience in labour restructuring in companies such as Alcampo, Logista and Visa.

He is an expert in labour relations, collective bargaining, contracting, labour taxation and contentious labour practice.

With a deep and detailed knowledge of labour law, Ramón is a reference in the pharmaceutical industry. He stands out for his empathy, rigour, integrity and perseverance in dealing with labour and Human Resources matters, combining his high technical qualifications with the ability to provide practical and effective advice, always adapted to the client's needs.
